How many days does it take to ship my order?
Depending on the type of product and inventory, it may take 7 to 14 days to ship, as many of our products are basically handmade.
Please let us know if you have not received a shipping notice after 14 days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is free for orders over $160.
Any additional costs other than those listed on the website?
Orders less than $160 will incur additional shipping costs. Please note that in some cases, depending on the type of product and country of residence, customs duties may apply.
What payment methods is available?
Credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Shop Pay are available.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As each product on this site is handmade by craftsmen, we do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your order carefully before placing an order.

Can I return or exchange products?
We accept returns only in case of product defects.
Please note that we do not accept returns for customer convenience.
In case of product defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product via our contact page or tatsujinstyle@gmail.com.

We accept it depending on the craftsman.
